Uni of Bath's Freshers' Week 2021
Alongside 2 others, I planned and organised Freshers' Week (aka Welcome Week) social events for over 4,000 incoming first year students at the University of Bath, as well as 3-day schedule of events for returning students who missed out on their Freshers' Week experience due to the pandemic.
I was primarily responsible for the booking of the DJs and artists for our 6 'Arena night' events, which each attracted over 2,500 attendees.
Acts included ArrDee, Fuse ODG, Shane Codd, Cuppy, 220 KID, V.I.C, Lauren Hibberd, Scott Mills and Finn Askew.
I also created all marketing & communications material and social media content, such as promotional videos, graphics, blog posts, TikToks and a Freshers' Week mini-page on the SU website.
I also co-ordinated and managed over 100 volunteers throughout the week, providing them guidance, motivation and solving any problems that came up.
Notting Hills Arts Club - Wavy Lakes (2021)
I presented the inaugural 'Wavy Lakes' night at NHAC, with perfromances by American upcoming artist Edwin Arzu and London natives Shoshy and Tejy.
